Computer art and design is much easier with the a touch screen computer monitor. But unless you own a tablet PC laptop, your computer monitor likely isn't a touch screen. You can change this with a touch screen panel that can be applied to your computer monitor in order to convert it to a touch screen.
Instructions
Turn on your monitor and position the panel over the screen, making sure that the sides and corners of the panel are flush with the sides and corners of the screen. Choose a touch screen converter panel that matches the dimensions of your monitor. Consult your monitor's user guide to find out exactly how large it is.
Clamp the panel to the side of the monitor using the clamp on the side of the panel. Make sure the clamp is secure.
Plug the USB cable that runs from the side of the panel to an available USB port on your computer.
Write on the panel with the included stylus pen. The panel will now act as a touch screen for your monitor.
